Today we got to see our beautiful boy again and we have a nice picture of his face, which reveals he looks a lot like his "pai" (daddy). He's pursing his lips a little and I think we should call him Pisces or Aquarius... All his amniotic fluid is giving him lots of room to swim around like a little fish-- but a fish that packs a punch and "chuta" (kicks) really hard! Tonight I actually saw my stomach jump with one of his kicks. He has beautiful hands and feet. He doesn't like being annoyed by the ultrasound, however! He always tries to hide from the transmitter thing.
Soon we will post the photo (Dr. Dork, as we will "affectionately" call the ultrasound specialist, didn't provide a digital format--I could think of some even more affectionate names for this guy...). Everything is ok with our sweet baby, and we are so happy with him whatever his life brings us. Already he has brought us much joy and clarity for our future.
