Today we had an ultrasound to check on the baby and his position. He is doing very well and is just about 5 pounds-- yes, already! And his head is VERY big, measuring at 36 weeks. That's what he gets for being the son of two PhD students... Baby was very shy and hid his face with his hands, despite Dr. Cruz trying to get him to move. He remained lodged near my right hip-- still his favorite place to hide. We did get to see his ear, his nose... but not much. But what we saw was adorable, of course. And, we confirmed that he is definitely a boy!
Mensagem especial para o vovô e a vovó: a Malia agora olha para aquela minha foto e fica preocupada com o tamanho da minha cabecinha. Especialmente agora que ela viu o tamanho da cabecinha do Bruninho, hehehe! Mas ele, muito acanhado, dessa vez não deixou o médico tirar uma foto do seu rostinho. Essa foto é a que ficou melhorzinha... e já está grande, pesando 5 libras, ou pouco mais de 2 quilos! Beijos!
